Between 4pm and 4:30pm Gateway servers were updated.
The update went smoothly and is supposed to fix the issues which have lead to our crashes and data losses.
Had another issue today – not been a good fortnight for Gateway.
Restored from backup unfortunately data entered into Gateway between 7:56am and 8:38am has been lost.
The log in issue returned on Tuesday just before and into Roll Call.
Further investigations as to the cause are underway.
There was an issue preventing Windows Desktop machines connecting to Locker automatically on log in (it was no longer appearing in the Computer folder). A restart of the server solved the problem. You may need to log out and back in again to see the locker folders.
Mac users and direct connections had worked fine the whole time.
